The surf lessons on the south coast of Portugal are best enjoyed during low tide, as it often provides optimal wave conditions along the region's stunning coastline.

Notice that the low tide times vary daily, influenced by the lunar cycle. To ensure the best experience, please contact us to book your lesson. We'll work with you to find the most suitable time based on the local tide chart.

We work hard to provide daily surf lessons, but ideal conditions can fluctuate due to factors like weather, wind, rip currents and swell.
